PRE-NEW YEARS @ MILK RIVER CAFE

For a Pre-New Years Celebration, on Sunday Dec. 29, 2013, Steve will again perform at the "MILK RIVER CAFE," the new and grand venue in Brooklyn, 960 Atlantic Ave., @ Washington Ave. 7-10 PM. The place is fabulous, great for dining, having drinks, and hanging out.  Joining me will be: Richard Clements, p; Tommy Morimoto, s; Hil Greene, b; and Napoleon Revels-Bey, d. If you have not been to the place everyone is talking about this is the time to do it.

• Steve will perform on Friday, Oct. 11 @ JAZZ 966, 8-93 PM, located at 966 Fulton St. @ Gand Ave.  $15 admission
• On Sunday, Oct. 13, he will begin his fouth year at "TWO STEPS DOWN" 6-9 PM, located at 24o DeKalb Ave, both in Brooklyn, NY.  $10 cover
• On Sunday, Oct. 20, he will perform at the new and fabulous: "MILK RIVER CAFE," 7-10 PM, located at 960 Atlantic Ave, near Grand, @ blocks from the Barclay Center, Brooklyn.  No cover, admission. Dining is excellent.

SUNDAY, APRIL 14 @ "TWO STEPS DOWN," the jazz tradition continues. I start out
@ 6:30 PM-7 PM, then Brooklyn's own, saxophonist, JEFF KING will hold the stage, then the  beautiful song stylist, LADY LEAH will perform. It's an evening of pure-d entertainment. Of course, then there is our OPEN MIC, you never know what great performer might show-up.  In between all that we will have a special presentation by City Council Candidate, LAURI CUMBO.  It's always a great night for music. This SUNDAY, MAR. 10, we're going to have a "really big show." TWO STEPS DOWN JAZZ will honor WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH by presenting: two diva's of song: the elegant vocalist, TULIVU-DONNA CUMERBACH and the gifted songstress, ARLEE LEONARD. Pl...us, a special appearence by St. Sen. ERIC ADAMS, the leading candidate for Brooklyn Borough President. This Sunday Feb. 17 @ "TWO STEPS DOWN" we will still have some Valentine's Day songs left (especially since last week was cancelled due to the weather) and we will pay tribute to Black History Month.  Our featured guest is the swinging, PATSY GRANT. There's also an Open-Mic during the last hour. Our world-class musicians make everyone sound great.
