On June13, 2009, Steve and his trio (same musicians as above) will be the featured guest at the Women's Organization of his church, First Baptist Church of Crown Heights, in a "Side Walk Cafe" style Luncheon Program. Location is 450 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, corner of Rogers Ave. Just minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge. Admission is $20. Luncheon starts at 1:30 PM.

New Singing engagement at the Victorian Mansion

Come and join Steve on April 11, 2009 at The beautiful Victorian Mansion at
247 Hancock St. in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn (corner of Macy Ave), for a evening of music, songs, and good company in a venue that is uniquely prepared to host a classy affair. Time is 7-10 PM, and there is a $20 music charge. Light meal is included and drinks will be available for purchase.

His trio will feature Lafayette Harris on piano, Paul Beaudry on Bass, and Emanuel Harrold on drums.

From Manhattan: take Atlantic Ave. to New York Ave. to Macy Ave and Hancock St (total of about 10 blocks from Atlantic Ave.)

Black Achievers Reception, October 16th

Steve and his trio will perform at the Black Achievers Reception on October 16, 2008, at the Harlem YMCA on 135 St, from 6 PM to PM. The organization recognizes and awards individuals who have made significant contributions to their industry, business, or community. Steve is a former recipient of the award by his former employer, The Port Authority of New York/ New Jersey.
